The result of our efforts were the project’s website, www.1706rittenhouse.com and a set of digital illustrations. The website is experiential — rich with imagery, sound and design — which evoke the luxury and privacy afforded to residents of 1706. And the renderings, which were produced well before the building was finished, allowed potential buyers the opportunity to gain a clear sense for the spectacular amenities and views the building will offer.
