How do you price your services? Arrow
We work on monthly retainers, flat-fee projects, or occasionally hourly contracts, depending on the scope and nature of the work. Most of our marketing clients choose retainers, which allow for flexibility and continuity as strategies evolve. Retainers give you consistent access to our team and resources, without worrying about changing rates every time the work shifts gears.
What’s included in your monthly retainer? Arrow
Access. You’re not paying for hours — you’re paying for a team. That includes strategy, design, development, writing, research, analytics, and more. As priorities change, so does the mix of effort. We don’t charge extra when we shift from paid media to SEO or from content to creative. You’ve got us.
Do you have minimum project budgets? Arrow
We do. $5,000 is our starting line for most marketing engagements.
Are there any additional costs? Arrow
In most cases, no — unless we jointly agree that you’d benefit from specific third-party software or services. These can include tools for local listings, CRM platforms, or marketing automation tools that you’d continue using with or without us. When we do recommend outside tools, it’s always with clear pricing and purpose.
How do your clients pay you? Arrow
Most of our clients pay via ACH, set up through an invoice approval system. We keep it simple and electronic. No snail mail or paper checks required.
Who will I be working with? Arrow
Every project has a dedicated project manager. Beyond that, you’ll have direct access to anyone involved — strategists, creatives, developers, and yes, even our founder. We’re responsive via phone, text, email, or video — your call.
