Meet the Team

We believe that our team is really just an extension of your team. Our office culture is a fun and colorful tapestry of mavericks, mavens, millennials, and mutts, each bringing uniquely honed skill sets. We believe that razor sharp strategy comes from passionate collaboration. When you engage Splat, you’re working with people who care deeply about the process and the final deliverable. Even Phoebe and Midas help us keep all balls in the air. David is still hopeful that with hours of hypnotic video tutorials they’ll learn PHP.

David Hitt

Founder & President

David is the President of Splat, Inc., which he founded in 2001, after earning degrees at both Wesleyan and Cornell. He takes a wholistic, objective-focused approach to digital marketing and design in order to guide businesses in turning their needs and goals into successful outcomes. When he isn't captaining the Splat ship, David is an avid fan of comic book universes, as well as a competitive bowler.

Brian Mishico

Web Developer

As Splat’s Web Developer, Brian loves exploring the balance of design form and code functionality and delivering a great user experience to visitors. He has an entrepreneurial spirit, running an online vintage store since 2011, and has worked as a freelance designer and illustrator since 2002. In his free time, Brian enjoys practicing his cooking skills and building scale military models.

Midas

Administrative Assistant

Midas is an expert at barking and tearing up newly delivered mail. Nothing gets in the way of him pursuing his goals – not the gate around the front door (he learned how to jump over it), and especially not anyone telling him to be quiet (he doesn’t listen). He is truly an inspiration to the rest of the team

Felice Croul

Art Director

Felice is a Temple University graduate, with a BA in Fine Arts. She brings a wealth of experience working for some of the region’s best-known advertising and marketing agencies. With her fine art background and love of typography, she thrives on creative challenges and designs compelling and cutting-edge visual concepts. In her spare time, she’s an avid gardener, cook and jewelry designer.

Jess Skorich

Graphic Designer

Jess is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology, and Lead Designer at Splat. With a keen eye for detail, and a finger on the pulse of the latest standards and trends, Jess aims to create unique, memorable, and personal experiences for our clients. When she isn't wowing with her latest designs and mockups, Jess likes to climb, hike, and do martial arts.

Jeancarlo Rodriguez

Digital Marketing Specialist & Project Manager

Jeancarlo is a graduate from Suffolk University and is Splat’s Digital Marketing Specialist & Project Manager. Jeancarlo’s sharp attention to detail and effective communication skills helps ensure that the goals and expectations of our clients are met. In his free time, Jeancarlo is a marching percussion educator at the University of Delaware and several nationally renowned Drum Corps & Indoor Percussion Ensembles.

Erik Bader

Content Writer

Having cut his teeth in journalism before honing his craft in various Philadelphia agencies, Erik Bader brings nearly two decades of writing experience to his current role as Splat’s Senior Copywriter. He is a firm believer that language is design, and that the right tool for the job is always the best writing possible. Outside of work, he pursues a bevy of rotating hobbies that confound algorithms, and is currently writing a novel about the Nineties entitled “Alternative Nation.”

Phoebe

Administrative Assistant

Phoebe specializes in keeping the Splat team safe from evils such as the mailman and vaguely aggressive-sounding outside noises. When she's not hard at work on a Splat office floor cushion, she can be found playing with a stuffed penguin, or penning her memoirs.
